Solid Cable Bag

I own both these bags and the CRDBags. I will be comparing both in detail since they are advertised as inexpensive alternatives. Here are my notes:

CRDBag has real YKK zippers. This uses very good generic zippers. I'd prefer if they were YKK or RIRI zippers to give me peace of mind on longevity. I currently use nothing but clear makeup bags, and pencil pouches for my gear and the zippers never last more than a 3-4 months. So this is a big deal for me.

The CRDBag definitely uses more premium materials across the board. However, the clear PVC on the Filmswag bag is super thick and directly comparable to the CRDBag. Overall, the Filmswag bag doesn't lag far behind in this regard.

The velcro real-estate on the Filmswag bag is significantly larger than the CRDBag and I find that to be a welcome difference.

The CRDBag is factory made and extremely consistent. The Filmswag bags are clearly handmade. The sizing varies about .5cm - 2cm across the same 3 bags I ordered. Keep in mind these materials are difficult to work with given the "industrial" quality, so I cannot knock them on this front.

Overall, I am very happy with the quality of these bags. I was initially skeptical but they're an excellent alternative to the pricey CRDBags. That being said, I will be buying more of both bags. They each fulfill different needs for me.

Great for keeping things organized, I like the clear front window (made with a nice thick plastic, so it should be durable) and Velcro for attaching tags. This is a great size and way better pricing than CRDBags pouches. Comparing the two, they seem to be of very similar quality, so I'd buy these ones every time.
